· Proficient in handling escalated calls and providing level 1 Technical Support to end-users.
· Troubleshooting various software application issues.
· Troubleshooting Citrix application issues.
· Management of user accounts in the AD as well as assign access rights and permission to use internet facility, AD account unlock, Management of distribution lists and Security groups, Creating and routing of tickets related to Active Directory issues.
· Setup and support Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Calendar, and collaboration tools on both Windows and MacBook machines.
· VPN access management and troubleshooting.
· Overall IT onsite support for India end users.
