Who You Are

Cross-functional team player who will partner with the Product Manager to provide high-standard documentation, tooltips, and naming conventions. A proactive individual who is going to help us achieve the team’s objective to build "The United Verve Marketplace" product, a unified UI for the platform that will make it possible to manage more than two marketplaces. Our edge in the future for doubling, and rippling the number of customers, is building a self-service UI application, that our customers can use on their own. You will train customers on 

What You Will Do

  • Сollaborate with Product Managers and Development team to build up an understanding of documentation requirements.
  • Work closely with the development team to get a clear understanding of how the product works
  • Author and maintain an internal knowledge base about the product to simplify the onboarding process and to provide better knowledge-sharing inside the team.
  • Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing.
  • Write clear and concise documentation for different audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • Describe IT infrastructure and requirements for our internal needs
  • Continuasly update and support internal knowledge base
