Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials for customers and service colleagues.
- Design and deliver training sessions.
- Create and provide training documents and video content.
- Assess the effectiveness of training sessions and the skills of the participants.
- Collaborate closely with product experts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a solid technical education (alternatively, a strong background as a technician, electrician, or in a similar field).
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.
- Strong communication skills when working with people.
- Video editing skills are a plus.
- Willingness to move to Koblenz.
