Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is required.
Certification in training (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer) is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the renewable energy domain, with specific expertise in Solar Energy, Battery Systems, Inverters, and PCUs.
Proven proficiency in presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
