Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Solar Energy, Battery Systems, Inverters, and PCUs to internal staff and external stakeholders.
Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on activities, to effectively convey technical concepts and practical skills.
Conduct training sessions both onsite and remotely, ensuring engagement and understanding among participants.
Assess training needs and continuously update training materials to reflect industry advancements and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor training programs according to specific departmental requirements or project needs.
Provide technical support and guidance to trainees, addressing queries and clarifying concepts as necessary.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance assessments, implementing improvements as needed.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in renewable energy, integrating relevant updates into training content.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is required.
Certification in training (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer) is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the renewable energy domain, with specific expertise in Solar Energy, Battery Systems, Inverters, and PCUs.
Proven proficiency in presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills, with the capability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness accurately.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for onsite training sessions.
Ability to adapt to evolving training methodologies and technologies.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
