Maintenance / Tasks
- Performance of ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.
- Perform weekly and monthly facility inspections
- General interior maintenance – hang pictures, signage requests, repair office furniture systems and repair doors.
- Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment and/or as directed
- Replace lights, ceiling tiles and carpet tiles as needed
- HVAC maintenance ; filter replacement, belts, etc.
- Building Management System
- Support Soft Services Program, beverage program, event support and Corporate Services activities and events.
Safety
- Complete Hazard Assessments as necessary
- Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
- Must complete all required safety training as scheduled
Administrative
- Update work order status in real time
- Utilize Facility Request Tool to document all work activities and tasks
- Escalating problems or issues to Facility Manager and / or Security in a timely manner
- Attend work and safety meetings as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 1- 3 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
- Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Working from heights.
- Frequently climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead.
- Working in adverse conditions (i.e., extreme cold, extreme hot).
- Driving for long periods of time.
For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $67,060 - $100,700. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
