Technical Support Specialist (Electronics)

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist (Electronics) to join our team. After training, you will be responsible for providing technical support, assembling, and maintaining our gaming machines. In this role, you will troubleshoot, test, and repair gaming equipment while also working on upgrading and optimizing hardware systems. You will collaborate with other technical team members to ensure the smooth operation of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

To thrive in this position, you must be a creative problem solver, comfortable working under pressure in a diverse, international team. A working proficiency in English is essential. We are looking for someone who embraces the excitement of starting something new, thinks on their feet, and communicates effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role located near Hoofddorp Central Station.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for our gaming machines.
  • Assemble, maintain, and repair hardware systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment performance.
  • Experience in precision soldering and working with electronic circuits.
  • Proficiency in handling mechanical and electronic tools.
  • Strong technical understanding and hands-on skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Preferring Electronics Practical Engineer or Electronics Technician
