Designit is looking for an Onsite IT Support Specialist for the Technology Centers of our enterprise client. This role supports the teams and stakeholders at these centers in ensuring the IT Infrastructure, AV, and Demo environments are deployed, configured, maintained, and secured to deliver high-quality experiences and engagements to our external customers. This includes pre, intra, and post support of customer events or engagements.
The ideal candidate is both collaborative and assertive, has strong communication skills, patience, logical thinking, and strong attention to detail. They should be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment and demonstrate a customer-obsessed mindset in support of high-quality experiences.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during the interview process, the candidate's range and depth of experience, business and market financials, and internal pay parity.
