Arabic Computer Systems, a leading ICT company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Technical Support professional for its Information Technology and Services industry. As a part of ACS, you will be working with over 3,000 IT professionals serving government entities and top companies in the Middle East. The Technical Support specialist will be responsible for supporting customers with any technical issues they may face, acting as an intermediary between ACS engineers and customers, and providing high-quality customer support to maintain and enhance ACS’s reputation and success.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by customers.
- Documenting all incidents and solutions in the customer support log.
- Coordinating with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues not addressed by existing solutions.
- Instructing customers on how to use the company’s software and hardware products.
- Escalating any complex issues that cannot be resolved to senior staff members.
- Maintaining knowledge of all company products and services.
Requirements
- Diploma degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience in technical support for software or hardware products.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working with databases, operating systems, and server technologies.
- Knowledge of web and mobile application development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
