We are looking for 2+ years an entry level Technical Support Engineer to join our Infrastructure team—someone who can maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed and enjoy working in a team first environment -Then this role is for you.
The role will perform the following (but not limited to) tasks.
Expert knowledge of Windows Client environment, Microsoft Intune, Office365, Laptop/Desktop Hardware troubleshooting skills.
