Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Collaborate with a team to continually improve the current mining systems across the operations to improve production, quality, reliability, accessibility, and credibility of Teck Digital Systems
- Deploy and maintain end-user hardware
- Build and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business
- Collaborate with help desk and network operations teams to determine and resolve end user issues
- Plan, coordinate, and communicate all system changes
Qualifications
- Background in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering (Computer, Software) is required
- Drivers license and access to a vehicle is required throughout the work term

- Motivated self-starters with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a multi-faceted work environment with a willingness to work outdoors. Some positions will be required to operate vehicles at our operations
