We’re looking for a Technical Support Agent who will be responsible for providing world-class customer service via email and phone for our life-changing product, EveryDollar. We’re fast-paced and serious about helping people, but we love to have fun as well!
What Winning Looks Like:
- Communicating clearly with our customers across multiple channels (phone calls & emails)
- Effectively anticipating customer needs and providing empathy for their experience
- Having a product-minded, problem-solving mindset, and providing feedback to Product Managers
- Helping customers with budgeting/financial questions
- Being a product expert on our digital products, like EveryDollar
- Troubleshooting technical issues with our digital products
- Using and editing Help Center articles to help customers self-serve
- Responding to feedback well and taking initiative

Constantly learning, growing, and developing your skillset
Skills Needed to Win:
- 1+ years of experience serving customers, solving problems, & helping people in a customer support role
- Experience solving technical problems is a plus, i.e. password reset, clearing cookies, and other tier I digital support questions
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Passion for our products
- EveryDollar user preferred
$36,000 - $52,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
