Main responsibilities:
Project Management:
- In close collaboration with PIN's team, project partners provincial departments, government authorities at various levels including, district, and commune levels, ensure that project activities are implemented to the desired quality, within the specified timeframe, and according to planned indicators
- Facilitate the development and implementation of activities for all partners
- Submit high quality weekly and monthly reports to the Project Coordinator
- Keep the Project Coordinator updated on the progress of project implementation
- Ensure compliance with PIN's and donors' policies and requirements
- Provide necessary coaching to provincial authorities and green companies on relevant topics such as technical skills, market development, promotion, sales skills, after-sales services, agricultural extension, and other required areas
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as well as to clean companies.
M&E and Reporting:
- In collaboration with M&E officer regularly update and maintain M&E frameworks, and indicator tracking tools for the projects, and ensure that M&E data is being regularly reflected on and used as part of an adaptive management system.
- Provide support to the local partners and implementing teams in writing project related reports
- Support the Project Coordinator and Manager in preparing high quality narrative reports to PIN donors on time
- Plan and supervise project related surveys and evaluations measuring the impact of PINs work against its planned objectives.
Visibility and Communication:
- Prepare visibility and communication plans for the activities
- Support the Project Coordinator and Manager to prepare press releases, social media and website updates as needed
- Organize project related events
- Ensure widespread distribution of PIN research papers, studies, evaluations, manuals, etc.
Other:
- Adhere to PIN internal policies, procedures, regulations and code of conduct
- Contribute to good project team spirit and personal relations.
Requirements
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Required
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management or a related subject (or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through working with LNGOs and INGOs
- Experience in market development and ability to demonstrate an understanding of the need of the target beneficiaries/ Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- In-depth knowledge of Cambodia's agricultural sector, particularly the value chains of cashew, coffee, and pepper.
- Strong expertise in green technologies and climate resilience practices.
- Excellent organizational skills, including strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel extensively on a motorbike.
