The Team 
You’ll be joining our dynamic People Operations team, specifically supporting our Talent Acquisition efforts. We’re a passionate, fast-paced group responsible for attracting top technical talent to drive innovation and growth. As part of this team, you’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build diverse pipelines, shape sourcing strategies, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience

The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Technical Sourcer with experience sourcing for technical roles, ideally in industries such as autonomous driving, robotics, or software development. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent to meet our growing hiring needs. You’ll leverage your sourcing expertise to build diverse candidate pipelines and partner with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with the technical needs of the organization. This is a temporary position through the end of January with the possibility of an extension.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage a high volume of candidates across the autonomous driving, robotics, aerospace, and software development industries.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of top-tier technical talent for roles such as Machine Learning Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, Deep Learning Engineers, Motion Planning Engineers, and other related software positions.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and align sourcing strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
  • Leverage various sourcing methods, including direct outreach, networking, and advanced search techniques, to target passive and active candidates.
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and track sourcing data and metrics to continually improve sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and technologies in autonomous driving, robotics, and related technical fields.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent market trends to help shape hiring strategies.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment, ideally a combination of external and internal 
  • Proven track record sourcing for autonomous driving, robotics, aerospace, or software development roles.
  • Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Indeed, Google Scholar, etc.)
  • Experience sourcing staff and principal level engineers
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Lever Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on sourcing metrics and effectiveness
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Deep understanding of technical job markets and current trends in autonomous driving, robotics, and AI-driven industries.

Compensation

  • Hourly Wage: $30 - $35
  • Fully Remote
  • Actual compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor
