We are seeking a talented and passionate Technical Sourcer and Recruitment Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding new hires. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy and play a key role in building a dynamic and high-performing team.
This is a temporary position, with an option to become permanent.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and create a tailored recruitment approach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
What you should have:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a similar role in a high-tech company- must.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Experience in recruiting for Embedded and low-level positions is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in social studies or equivalent.
