Since our founding in 2019, Pigment has become one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world today. Our product, a highly efficient Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform is helping companies achieve their financial goals by quickly responding to dynamic factors in their respective markets including Tech, Retail, CPG & Financial Services.
In less than 5 years, Pigment has grown to over 350 employees across offices in New York, Toronto, London & Paris and attracted a total of $393M in investment from some of the top Venture Capital firms globally.

What you’ll do
- Own customer-facing and internal technical documentation and third party integration samples.
- Enable internal teams and partners to explain how Pigment integrates with common data & tech stacks.
- Work with internal teams to create resources that ease the setup journey for customers.
- Explore, document and produce proof of concepts of potential integrations with third-party services like ETLs and iPaaS.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to nurture a technical and development community within Pigment’s ecosystem.
- Consult with customers & partners to provide consultations on integration approaches using Pigment’s API, tailoring solutions to meet their use case and requirements.
- Work with product and partner teams on Pigment’s integration strategy, highlighting risks and ecosystem needs.
- Lead internal and external projects that contribute to the scalability, growth, and overall success of the business.
Who you are
- You can convey complex ideas with confidence and clarity, both in written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Technically curious about how SaaS products at scale work, not just on the surface, but behind the scenes as well.
- Track record of engaging with complex technical architectures in large enterprise environments.
- Experience managing technical engagements in similar roles within a SaaS company.
- You are results-oriented with a proactive, strategic and scientific approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You are self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- You’ve produced samples or proof of concepts with SaaS APIs using Python, JavaScript or similar languages.
