Technical Solution Manager, Itasca, Illinois. Design & develop all technical activities in implementation/upgrade projects, from initial deployment of ERP software to post go live support. Act as point of contact for customer & project team. Plan, coordinate and track progress of Configuration, Reports, Integration & Modification (CRIM) development activities & technical training. Forecast technical resource demand & secures resources. Resolve technical issues during the project & reports on status to Project Team. Analyze user needs, technical design of CRIM items, ensuring appropriate designs are used with each CRIM item & the combination of all CRIM constitute a robust solution. Ensure CRIM specifications meet standards & are completed in a timely manner. Guide customer with security/profiles setup.

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field (will accept equivalent foreign degree) plus 2 years’ experience as a Software Engineer designing & implementing mission critical business solutions with IFS Cloud Development & test automation, advanced data migration, complex customizations, & PL/SQL development. 50% travel required to unanticipated customer sites.
