We’re looking for an SEO Specialist with a strong technical foundation to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strategic mindset with hands-on technical SEO skills, and who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
You’ll work closely with content creators, developers, and product managers to ensure our websites are fully optimized for search engines — both in content and infrastructure — to drive high-quality organic traffic and sustainable growth.
What youll do:
- Conduct SEO audits (on-page and technical) and prioritize findings into clear action plans.
- Monitor and resolve crawl and indexation issues using tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO best practices are implemented.
- Support implementation and validation of structured data (Schema.org).
- Optimize internal linking, URL structures, sitemaps, and canonical tags.
- Assist in international SEO strategy using hreflang and multi-region configurations.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Sitebulb to analyze performance and spot opportunities.
- Coordinate with the content team to align keyword strategy with technical improvements.
- Stay up to date with algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, including at least 1 year focused on technical SEO.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Screaming Frog.
- Comfortable reading and analyzing HTML, CSS.
- Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, page speed tools, and structured data.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations.
- Collaborative and proactive communicator.
Nice to Have
- Understanding how JavaScript impacts SEO.
- Experience working with development teams.
- Knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue from an SEO perspective.
- Familiarity with log file analysis, international SEO, or API tools.
