About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Tech Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our high-performing technical recruiting team. As a Tech Recruiting Manager at Fetch, you will bring your expertise in building and developing talent acquisition teams, managing recruiters, and driving strategic hiring initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy, partnering closely with hiring managers, and helping us attract top technical talent across engineering, product, data, and security.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Develop the Recruiting Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers, focusing on growth, skill development, and performance excellence.
- Drive Tech Hiring Strategy: Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop and implement effective, data-driven recruiting strategies tailored to meet hiring needs across engineering, product, data, and security roles.
- Build and Scale Processes: Identify and implement improvements in our recruiting processes, tools, and systems to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a seamless candidate experience.
- Foster Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leadership, and HR business partners to align on hiring needs, ensure a smooth process, and provide actionable insights on hiring trends and market conditions.
- Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Champion a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience, ensuring all candidates feel valued and well-informed throughout the interview process.
- Leverage Data and Insights: Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to track progress, report on key hiring metrics, and inform decision-making. Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to hiring teams.
- Drive Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Partner with stakeholders to develop strategies that attract a diverse talent pool, ensuring our hiring practices are inclusive and equitable.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, new recruiting tools, and best practices to continuously refine our talent acquisition approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 5 years in a management role leading and developing a team of recruiters.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing recruiting teams. Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards shared goals.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to create and execute hiring strategies that align with company goals and drive impactful results.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Operational Excellence: Experience in developing and refining recruiting processes, utilizing technology and data to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and leverage recruiting metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate success.
- Diversity Champion: Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
