What You’ll Do
- Proactively source and engage IT and software talent globally, focusing on roles like Software Engineers, Backend/Frontend Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Data Specialists.
- Build pipelines for key technical teams, including Software Development, Cloud Engineering, and Data Analytics.
- Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools and analytics to enhance efficiency and discover untapped talent pools.
- Partner with hiring managers to design strategies for identifying and securing top talent.
- Develop relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds, including bootcamps, universities, and other non-traditional tech pathways.
- Promote Talan’s employer brand while ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
- Use data and insights to refine recruitment processes and deliver fast, high-quality outcomes.
- Proven experience sourcing IT talent, ideally in LATAM markets.
- Experience managing recruiting processes end-to-end.

3+ years of experience in Software technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Expertise with recruitment systems and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a data-driven mindset.

Fluent in English (Polish & Spanish is a plus).
