- Proactively build, develop and manage key external talent pipelines,
- Keep and update external talent data,
- Prepare job advertisements, organize the announcements of the job on career portals,
- Assess the applications, invite and interview with the candidate,
- Directly make head-hunt searches if and when necessary,
- Submit the short-list in the shortest time possible,
- Reference checking and conducting proposal stage,
- Contribute to the improvement of the current recruitment system to reach operational excellence,

- Bachelor's degree in Labor Economy, Sociology, Psychology, Business and/or related areas, HR degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment arena,
- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition in technical consultancy arena,
- Fluent in both oral and written English,
- Advance knowledge of MS Office applications.
