- Develop talent acquisition strategy & hiring plan.
- Maintain sourcing strategy in the website, career portal, and campus recruitment
- Establish collaboration with University, Career Center, and other education institution
- Handle end to end talent acquisition process such as job listing, sourcing, scheduling, interview and conduct any related tests.
At least 4 years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.
Understand and have experiences in full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capable to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
