As a Technical Recruiter Intern at HappyFox, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition. You will work closely with our experienced recruiting team to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process while focusing on technical positions.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Candidate Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Applicant Tracking: Manage candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Contribute ideas and content to help enhance our employer brand, such as creating job descriptions, writing blog posts, and participating in social media recruitment efforts.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in technical recruitment to help improve our recruitment strategies.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, including job posting, reference checks, and offer letter preparation.
Requirements:
- Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (2025 batch).
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields.
- Prior internship experience in a B2B SaaS company is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
