Overview
At Grata, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our People Team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting top talent while maintaining a white-glove candidate experience. You will ensure that hiring goals are met and directly contribute to our growth by identifying and attracting top-tier candidates. Additionally, you will be able to contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and other recruitment related projects that drive Grata’s success in attracting and retaining top talent.
Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NY office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The cash compensation for this role is targeted at $95,0000-$110,000.
