Doran Jones is looking for a dynamic and experienced Tech Recruiter to join our team.
As a Tech Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet our clients' evolving needs.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract top-tier technical talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices to drive informed decision-making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Doran Jones, promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, make hiring decisions, and negotiate offers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
- Proactively contribute to improving recruitment strategies, tools, and resources to attract and retain top talent.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a consulting or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical professionals across various disciplines, including software development, IT infrastructure, AI, financial software, and data analytics.
- Full life cycle in-house recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology, particularly in accurately assessing candidates' technical skills and proficiency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a strong emphasis on the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Lever preferred), sourcing tools, and other recruitment technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
