Role Overview:
Are you ready to steer the ship towards success? As a Program Manager at Shippeo, you'll play a pivotal role in deploying our innovative solutions and nurturing relationships with key clients. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll spearhead solution delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Shippeo Implementations

    • Oversee the successful implementation of Shippeo for multiple customers.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, taking full ownership of project success to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

    • Guide customers through the implementation process, including directing kickoff meetings, and workshops, overseeing technical setup, conducting key user training, managing regular reporting, and guiding change management efforts.

    • Identify and proactively address risks and issues that may impact successful implementation, developing effective risk mitigation plans.

    • Coordinate and guide internal teams involved in the implementation, including Product, Support, and Carriers onboarding, to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
       

  • Manage System Integrations

    • Lead technical specifications and monitor the delivery of carrier and customer integrations as planned and designed

    • Provide technical support in case of incidents

    • Monitor production integrations with KPIs and dashboards
       

  • Manage Customer Accounts

    • Take charge of a portfolio of strategic customers, driving product adoption, ensuring satisfaction, and expanding business horizons.

    • Lead Business Reviews to guide goals, progress, risks, and opportunities.

    • Ensure customers maximize the value of their investment through high adoption rates and proof of value cases. Collaborate with the Sales team to identify expansion opportunities.

    • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders, from key operational users to C-suite individuals, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.

    • Serve as an advocate for customers within the organization, effectively communicating their needs and influencing product enhancements and roadmap decisions.

    • Organize workshops to prioritize the product roadmap based on your understanding of customer's needs, empowering them to maximize the value of our platform

  • 5+ years of project, consulting, operations, or account management experience in a SaaS company: show us your expertise in leading projects and steering customer accounts to success.

  • Exceptional workload prioritization skills: Thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively.

  • Full proficiency in English, with Spanish proficiency as a big plus: Fluency in additional languages is a major asset.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities: Connect with both internal teams and clients with ease.

  • Tech-savviness and understanding of integration methods: API, EDI, etc.

  • Previous consultancy experience and familiarity with the logistics or supply chain industry: A definite plus!
