- 5-8 years successfully managing and delivering projects for large organizations while coordinating teams with a diverse suite of skills
- Strong organizational skills to bring multi players/teams together.
- Clear communicator and facilitator
- Bridge between business teams and technical teams as well as between technical teams
- Experienced with large scale data migration
- AWS toolkit experience
- Good understanding of databases for financials, billing, and customer service
- An uncanny ability to understand a project at its component level and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience presenting to executive leadership
- Broad knowledge of emerging technologies, but are specifically interested in Artificial Intelligence
- Excitement for learning and overcoming challenges

Responsibilities
- Act as the communication layer between our client and our internal strategy, design, and technology teams
- Manage client expectations to ensure that things get delivered on time, on budget, and in a feasible fashion
- Balance the long-term vision with the tactical deliverables agreed upon with the client
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
