Position Overview

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Technology team as a Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will reflect the dual role of a Scrum Master/Project Manager, encompassing both traditional project management aspects and the unique dynamics of agile development using Scrum methodologies. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders, streamline our execution methodology, remove obstacles, and track progress to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end project management of software projects, ensuring the projects are completed within the defined scope, on-time, and within budget.
  • Creating and supporting technology solutions to meet client requirements from analysis to implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans, employing industry-standard tools, to effectively monitor and track project progress.
  • Architect and deliver full-lifecycle software projects.
  • Own and facilitate sprint planning across development teams.
  • Proactively manage changes to projects, including scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Anticipate and proactively resolve complex technical risks and issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to ensure the team follows Agile values and practices.
