Who you are:
- A Program Manager or Project Manager with 5+ years of experience and a knack for time management in an enterprise environment.
- A person with working knowledge of Power BI.
- Driven by strong analytical skills and an above-average understanding of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables).
- Able to show a strong sense of ownership, organization, and accountability.
- An independent contributor with the ability to use problem-solving skills in a team-oriented environment.
What you will do:
- Support weekend and monthly committees related to technical programs.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to manage and coordinate a book of work.
- Maintain and develop a centralized Hygiene and Authentication Program dashboard allowing for transparency and proactive measures.
- Assist with day-to-day support for running programs (e.g. generating reports, tracking, and presentations).
- Be a liaison between stakeholders to address risks and communicate progress.
It would be awesome if you had:
- An entrepreneurial spirit with above-average written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within Cyber Security (IAM preferred).
- Experienced working with programming languages for Automation (Python preferred).
- Proficiency in QlikView and Splunk for data analysis and visualization, utilizing these tools to extract actionable insights and optimize decision-making processes within projects.
- Comfort working with Database Administration (DBA).
- Experience utilizing Jira for project management, adept at organizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring efficient collaboration.
- Experience with providing governance and oversight to multiple programs within Cyber Security, Authentication, or Identity Management.
- Knowledgeable in Kerberos authentication protocol and LDAP directory services, enabling the implementation and management of robust security measures.
- Skills in Information Technology Management, capable of overseeing all aspects of technical projects.
- Proficiency in documentation practices, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation of project requirements, processes, and outcomes.
- Proven track record in process improvement initiatives, leveraging analytical skills to identify inefficiencies.
- A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively, adept at balancing.
- Your Project Management Certification (PMP).
