• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within an Agile environment, with at least 3 years in a technical role (e.g., software development, systems architecture).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), modern software development practices, and technologies.
• Experience with tools like Aha, Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Experience of working with Third Parties
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Ability to pivot quickly when project requirements change.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple geographies.
• A personal style that embraces servant leadership, teamwork, cares about the work and the teams, and shares openly and honestly with all.
• Financial literacy around forecasting and managing budgets, costs, and revenue. Understanding of financial impacts of decisions.
