Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring cash management and updates. We are currently seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will involve managing diverse projects across various teams and departments within the company, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. This role will be based in New Orleans and is onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and manage communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, resources, and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics to senior management.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring all team members are engaged and informed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
