As a consultant within the DI team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale migration projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
 
Key Responsibilities:

·       Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
·       Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
·       Identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
·       Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
·       Coordinate cross-functional team activities, assigning tasks and managing workloads.
·       Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
·       Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
·       Assess current and target environments, ensuring compatibility and identifying potential challenges.
·       Develop and implement data migration strategies, including ETL processes.
·       Ensure successful system integration and maintain data integrity throughout the migration process.
·       Oversee all testing phases, ensuring issues are identified and resolved.
·       Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and risk assessments.
·       Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
·       Facilitate project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
·       Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
·       Develop and implement training programs for end-users and support staff.
·       Ensure smooth transition and handover to operational teams.
·       Provide post-migration support, addressing any issues that arise.
·       Conduct post-migration evaluations to assess success against objectives.
·       Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
 
Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
·       PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
·       Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in large-scale data/system migration projects.
·       Strong technical background with experience in data migration, system integration, and IT infrastructure.
·       Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
·       Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
·       Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
