The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Programme Manager (TPM) to oversee large-scale, cross-functional Programmes. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large Programmes across various products and disciplines, handling multiple deliverables, and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and partners. This role will work closely with business, product, and technology leaders to drive Programmes from planning to execution, ensuring that goals align with business and client priorities while navigating complex technological and operational challenges. A strong foundation in technology is essential—the TPM must have the ability to understand, interpret, and communicate technical concepts, as well as support our technical teams through the delivery cycle. The TPM must be self-motivated with a drive to excel and capable of delivering results independently. Strong written and presentation skills and stakeholder management expertise are essential.
