Overview of Opportunity 

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of advanced technical services to federal customers. This role requires managing operations and delivery for classified programs with a specific focus on Computer Network Operations (CNO) and/or Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) programs. It offers significant autonomy to oversee individual projects and manage client relationships, all while being supported by a highly skilled technical team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate at the intersection of technology and business, requiring a deep understanding of technology, cybersecurity, and CNO/CNE concepts, while also being able to apply these to effectively understand, communicate, and solve client problems.
  • Organize and manage a team of engineers, ensuring projects meet client timelines and quality expectations.
  • Establish and refine processes, deploy tools, and determine effective measures of program outcomes.
  • Navigate ambiguity comfortably and proactively, leveraging the autonomy provided by our small team structure for substantial impact as we grow.
  • Apply DARPA research technologies creatively to address unique cybersecurity challenges.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a program manager, preferably involving CNO/CNE programs.
  • Ability to present technical and programmatic briefings to executive Government officials.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers and report to senior managers.

Nice If You Have:

  • Prior experience with embedded systems, mobile systems, telecommunications, critical infrastructure, or penetration testing is a plus.
  • Previous work experience with cybersecurity principles (e.g. penetration testing or secure architecture)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) for software development and hands-on experience leading teams using Agile project management tools (Jira, GitLab, Asana)
  • Knowledge of DoD/IC procurement and contracting processes

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI.

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
