About the Role:
As Technical Program Manager your primary role is to drive the successful completion of Suki’s joint development efforts with its platform partners, overseeing communications and progress. This entails establishing processes and expectation setting for internal and external communications, triage and response times. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans which identify and capture dependencies, provide insights into progress or blockers, and create/maintain alignment on requirements as a source of truth. You will be responsible for monitoring progress through each development stage and hitting key milestones, collaborating with engineering, product and commercial teams to adjust course as appropriate.
Partnering with Product, you will be the point person for each engagement and as the client-facing technical resource, set expectations for prioritization and drive alignment across stakeholders. You will also be responsible for partner-facing communications, including but not limited to escalations where appropriate, release versioning and release notes. Internally, this entails close collaboration with Product and Engineering to track and facilitate onboarding for our partners and the partners’ customers.
You will collaborate extensively with our Commercial, Product, Engineering & Support teams, reporting on the status of project phases and potential technical issues, escalating where appropriate and maintaining meticulous tracking documents. You will also identify areas for optimization within Suki’s technical programs with a focus on efficient and precise cross-functional collaboration, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans.

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $150000 - $160000 in CA. This range is not inclusive of any annual variable targets, discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
