We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs & initiatives that span Product Management, Design, Research, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing focusing on our Map Platform Team. The position will partner with teams in Europe and the US to develop and elevate successful ways of working, and maintain strong and clear communication channels. The Map Platform team is responsible for delivery and visualization of map views used in the Strava client applications.
On the Mapping side of things we are delivering raster and vector data as tiles, created in pipelines in the cloud, enable geospatial services and functionalities which are consumed by our clients directly or exposed to clients using the Map Rendering Engine’s SDK, which is also part of the Map Platform’s portfolio.
The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of the product development process and can partner with cross-functional teams to design ways of working for scale. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable with ambiguity and are able to provide structure and leadership in leading complex programs. You’ll influence how we approach problem-solving and scale those takeaways across our product development process.
This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.
