We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. (Note: this is not applicable for EpiSci roles).

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive business-critical, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept to execution.  This position offers the opportunity to work across tools, customer engagement and success, customer demos and proof of concept, software development, release management, and cross-functional engineering teams, spanning multiple product areas. You'll collaborate with engineering, product, design, sales, and business development teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. Assignments will be based on your skills, interests, and company priorities, providing a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Manage customer requests and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure delivery across multiple products.
  • Track and resolve system integration and test by working closely with our QA team.
  • Drive engineering execution by prioritizing tasks, identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and maintaining clear communication.
  • Work across teams including engineering, procurement, product, and others to drive project success.
  • Support customer communication, providing progress updates, presentations, and handling customer meetings as needed.
  • Execute end-to-end customer demo and presentations spanning tools deployment, software development, stack builds, product delivery, and release management.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of TPM experience in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments.
  • BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with a mix of software and hardware development, with a strong balance of both.
  • Experience with risk management, and the ability to execute projects effectively while managing changes in priorities.
  • Leadership skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience managing customer needs and expectations.
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with autonomy, ADAS, or automotive systems.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, handling complex releases and customer requests.

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.

Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.

Please reference the job posting’s subtitle for where this position will be located. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $115,000 - $222,000 USD annually.
