About the team:
At ZOE, our mission is to improve the health of millions. Our TPM team is dedicated to making this mission happen by focussing on delivering new products to our members. As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at ZOE, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of complex technical projects, ensuring they deliver exceptional results on time.
With you, the team will be a team of two Technical Program Managers!
About the role:
TPM is a relatively new role at ZOE. The team reports directly to the CTO. You'll be part of ZOE's technology group. As a Technical Program Manager, you will coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects.
You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Your strong technical background and exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical teams and business objectives.
This is an engineering role, where technical background is mandatory to review code (if needed), build your own SQL code, automate some in Pystuff in Python, create your own dashboards etc...
Everyone is technical here, that's why we need a TPM :)
You’ll be…
-
Driving project execution: You'll develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
-
Fostering collaboration: You'll build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
-
A Problem Solver: You'll be adept at identifying and resolving technical challenges to ensure projects stay on track.
-
Growing the function: You'll be instrumental in expanding the TPM function within the company, advocating for its value and promoting its growth.
-
Shaping the organisation: Using your influence to challenge the status quo, drive innovation, and help steer the company towards even greater success. As a TPM, you'll be engineering solutions to complex problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
We think this role would be a great fit if…
- BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field (equivalent experience, including self-taught and informal education, is welcome).
- You bring a strong technical foundation: You have a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, with or without a traditional path, and you’re passionate about leveraging technology to solve problems.
- You thrive in diverse teams: You excel at building relationships across teams with varying backgrounds, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard.
- You're a problem-solver: You thrive on tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions.
- You're optimistic and fun-loving: You bring a positive and energetic attitude to the workplace.
- You're passionate about making a difference: You're driven to improve people's health through science and technology.
- 1 to 3 years of Experience in EPM/TPM or naturally born to organise and Project Manage things in your life
- Able to solve problems and engineer solutions without authority
If you're a talented and motivated individual who shares our commitment to innovation and making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
