About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be at the center of our GTM operations, owning and executing Salesforce and AI-powered projects that fuel our revenue and growth engine. You’ll be the go-to expert for bridging technical capabilities with business needs, driving high-impact initiatives that redefine how we sell, market, and scale.If you love solving complex problems, leveraging AI to automate workflows, and maximizing the power of Salesforce to empower teams, this role is for you.
A Day in the Life
- Own Salesforce Innovation: Oversee Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and optimizations to transform how our GTM teams operate.
- Drive AI Implementations: Lead end-to-end projects incorporating AI tools like Einstein Analytics, predictive insights, and automated workflows.
- Collaborate & Lead: Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and GTM operations to deliver solutions that boost efficiency and results.
- Project Management Excellence: Develop, execute, and track technical project plans, keeping everyone aligned and delivering on time.
- Make Data Work Harder: Gather and analyze requirements to deliver scalable solutions that streamline operations and drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Salesforce Optimization:
- Own the vision and roadmap for Salesforce implementation and customization across GTM operations.
- Redesign Salesforce workflows to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance team productivity, fundamentally changing how the organization operates.
- AI-Powered Innovation:
- Lead the integration of AI tools to deliver actionable insights, automate decision-making, and drive predictive analytics.
- Champion the adoption of AI-driven strategies across GTM teams, ensuring a transformative impact on pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- End-to-End Program Leadership:
- Drive cross-functional technical programs that align with GTM priorities and transform operations at scale.
- Establish a unified framework for delivering technical projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
- Data as a Catalyst for Growth:
- Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks, optimize sales processes, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement data-driven strategies that enable leaders to make informed, high-impact decisions.
- Revolutionizing Collaboration:
- Serve as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring that all solutions align with GTM goals and enhance operational synergy.
- Promote a culture of innovation by introducing tools, workflows, and methodologies that inspire teams to think differently and perform better.
- Scalable Impact:
- Build scalable solutions for recurring GTM challenges, ensuring long-term efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create frameworks and playbooks that empower teams to replicate successes across regions and segments, fostering consistency and growth.
- Change Management Leadership:
- Act as a key change agent, driving the adoption of technical innovations and fostering a mindset of adaptability and continuous learning.
- Design and execute training programs that equip teams to fully leverage Salesforce and AI capabilities, embedding these technologies into the company’s DNA.
What You Need
- A Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 institution (B.Tech/ MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on Salesforce and AI projects.

Salesforce Admin Certified (preferred), with hands-on expertise in implementing and managing Salesforce solutions.
- Proven success in delivering AI-powered projects that drive measurable impact.
- Exceptional project management skills—able to plan, prioritize, and execute complex initiatives.
- Strong technical acumen to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills to rally teams and stakeholders around your vision.
- Passion for innovation and the ability to think creatively to solve challenging problems.
