As Senior Technical Program Manager, FedRAMP, you'll expand our federal cloud offering by driving our FedRAMP-related initiatives. Your focus will be on delivering a best-in-class platform product experience that meets strict security and regulatory standards. This role requires you to work closely with our Research & Development teams—including security, engineering, compliance, and legal—as well as sales and key subject matter experts. You'll have the chance to gain specialized knowledge and increase your visibility at the highest levels of the organization. Experience with government initiatives that impact the mission is preferred to help understand the business context and desired outcomes for government
The ideal candidate has a track record of successfully owning high business-impact projects from inception to execution and rollout. You will be responsible for driving one of our key programs, as well as managing dependencies and stakeholders from our internal teams. Your ability to handle ambiguity, make informed decisions, and create clarity for teams will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, exceptional communication and leadership skills, strong project management expertise, and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. (Past product or engineering management experience is a plus.).

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this role is $151,000 – $260,000.
If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is:
$173,000 – $260,000: New York City
$151,000 – $226,000: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Nassau, Newburgh, Syracuse
