Technical Program Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Work and strategize with others on cross-functional engineering infrastructure projects that
• cover a range of areas (mobile apps, video, machine learning, backend systems, software
• deployment, capacity and performance, data and analytics, deployment and configuration,
• hardware systems, network software, general tooling)
•  Provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing,
• implementation/deployment, and monitoring.
•  Perform risk identification and management for programs.
•  Provide day-to-day coordination for projects and tasks.
•  Help drive process and communications improvements across multiple teams and functions.

Minimum qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a bachelor’s degree in computer science,
• Computer Engineering or related technical field.
•  Organizational and coordination skills along with multitasking capabilities to get things done.
•  Demonstrated experience in relationship building and influencing project stakeholders.
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of mobile apps, videos infrastructure, data analytics, machine learning, backend
• systems, computer architecture, networking infrastructure, and/or cloud infrastructure services
•  Working knowledge of Project and Program Management skills and tools
•  Software background and knowledge/ certification of scrum is preferred.
•  Experience with computer networking or similar field.
•  Proactive and able to work in an ambiguous environment.
•  Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
