Technical Product Owner in Finances

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Product Owner with  experience in finance to join our dynamic team on an exciting project related to EV chargers for a major client. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and financial systems, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. This role involves managing backlogs, understanding APIs, and collaborating closely with team members, particularly in a mobile app development context.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate systems to support product development.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial considerations.
• Foster curiosity and proactive questioning to continuously refine and enhance product features.
• Understand APIs and their integration into financial mobile apps, without necessarily having prior development experience.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners and teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
• Facilitate the creation and management of user stories, ensuring they meet the team's needs.
• Hybrid mode of working - with the presence in the Warsaw office at least 2 days per week

Must have:

• Experience in system analysis
• Basic understanding of software development principles, including programming languages, architecture, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating and managing user stories.
• Solid grasp of the product development process.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess and address system requirements and issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken - level C1
