We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to take ownership of our core cryptocurrency exchange platform. This person will oversee product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycles for our trading systems and blockchain infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Guide product vision and feature roadmaps based on market analysis, user feedback, and business objectives
- Distill complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences and polished blockchain products
- Monitor usage metrics and capture performance indicators to enable data-informed decisions
- Manage relationships and collaborate seamlessly with globally distributed engineering teams
- Communicate status, demonstrations, and product narratives effectively across executives and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or blockchain verticals
- Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant quantitative discipline
- Demonstrated understanding of blockchain technologies and digital architectures
- Ability to debug and discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering partners
- Data-first mindset with hands-on experience leveraging analytics tools like SQL, Looker, etc
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Creative problem-solver able to connect business needs to technical solutions
- Experienced with OKR
- English proficiency
- Good familiarity with Jira
