Together, we will create a society that fosters opportunity, dignity, and well-being for all.     Stand Together is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our fundraising management systems. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance donor pipeline tracking, forecasting, and revenue operations within our CRM ecosystem.    The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, expertise in fundraising or sales operations, and the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. You will define success metrics, align teams, and drive progress to optimize donor engagement and fundraising efficiency.    If you're an analytical, impact-driven problem solver passionate about using technology to advance fundraising, we want to hear from you!  How You Will Contribute
  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. You’ll be the bridge between business aspirations and technological execution.  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and strategies, gather and prioritize product requirements, and consider customer feedback, market and technology trends, and business priorities.  
  • Lead product delivery team through effective communication, collaboration, and leadership to achieve goals.  
  • Work closely with architects, engineering, and QA to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features and enhancements.  
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, resource allocation, technical debt, deployments, and releases, and respond to issues and incidents as needed.  
  • Support the creation and execution of test plans and UAT to ensure the effective testing of technology changes before deployment.   
  • Lead the execution of planning processes and roadmaps to roll out new features and identify opportunities for innovation.   
  • Serve as the SME for the product, providing comprehensive guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners. This includes facilitating successful adoption and comprehensive training programs to ensure users can leverage the full capabilities of the product effectively.  

  • What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong technical background in Salesforce administration, development, and architecture. Your track record should demonstrate successful product launches and management.  
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and a deep understanding of data management tools and cloud technologies. Your technical skills enable you to understand and solve complex problems.  
  • Strong work ethic and accountability to make sure initiatives go well, being equally comfortable taking personal ownership of a task or delegating it to another team member.  
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at making quick decisions with limited information.  
  • Comfortable applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success.  
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, with a strong grasp of fundraising KPIs, donor retention metrics, and financial forecasting models 
  • Strategic thinker who can connect customer use cases to technology solutions and think holistically about end-to-end experience.  
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.   
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working in sprints and following Agile methodology.

  • Ability to manage a portfolio of bigger and smaller bets while balancing immediate business value, short-term goals, and long-term vision.  
  • A healthy blend of deep technical knowledge, customer-centric and product-centric thinking.  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; represents the products in leadership meetings. 
  • Salesforce Administration certification and/or other Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Snowflake, AWS.  
  • Experience with project management tools, specifically the Atlassian suite of products.
