Your mission:
Nuvei Integration Services Technical Product Manager plays a crucial role in contributing to the day-to-day operations and activities of the Integration Services Department. This position requires you to develop a deep knowledge of the Nuvei Integration Services and Sandbox Environment. You must develop your expertise and knowledge in Nuvei integration API products.  

The primary role of the position is to act as an owner of Nuvei’s Sandbox Environment – identifying and analyzing the opportunities for meaningful improvement of our Sandbox products and features, and working on long-term development projects, stemming from these opportunities. The role involves collaboration with other internal teams, including Project Management, Customer Success, R&D, Product, System Analysts, and more, to deliver high-level technical solutions. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Development of a thorough understanding of all aspects of Nuvei API and integration products, including their functionality, features, and technical specifications, which will allow to identify gaps and promote the development of new processes and technical features, aimed at improving all aspects of the client onboarding experience, both for the clients and for the Nuvei agents, using the environment;
  • Ownership of complex technical challenges and issues end-to-end, and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders;
  • Mitigation of challenges, streamline testing and deployment processes, reducing the likelihood of errors and inconsistencies, and ultimately enhancing the merchants' satisfaction and trust in our sandbox-supported services;
  • Promotion of fresh innovations and ideas, adoption of new technologies, tools, processes and practices as well as focus on maintenance to enhance our services and make us more attractive in the market;
  • Work collaboratively within the team to achieve goals and objectives, providing regular updates and feedback on performance and highlight any technical issues;
  • Contribute to delivering excellent service experiences and participating in strategic programs. 

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical or product role within Payments / Fintech industry (ie. technical support, software development or product management);
  • Familiarity with REST API and SDK, understanding technical architecture, APIs, and overall system design;
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities, with the capability to use data to support assumptions and define metrics; 
  • Experience with Sandbox and in project management is an advantage;
  • Collaborative thought partnered with the ability to work across multiple team boundaries;
  • Ability to work under deadlines and pressure. 

Working Language

  • English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed.
