We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our world-class product team. We own the cloud layer which supports the foundation of our leading P&C applications, and we define the key platform features that will
drive customer adoption and growth. You will work with global teams spanning product management, P&C insurance domain experts, operations and engineering.
What Will You Do
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Guidewire applications, the cloud ecosystem that enables them, the market, competition, and user requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement teams to define and maximize the value of our solutions.
- Develop smart solutions to complex problems while collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover and test opportunities, and prioritize and refine solutions.
- Build and communicate roadmaps and requirements with teams and appropriate stakeholders.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance and iterate quickly.
- Will be power user of the products and will be accepting the features built by the team
Required Skills - What we're looking for:
- Must have strong understanding and experience with AWS services.
- 8+ Years of experience.
- Understanding of Containerization and Container orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes).
- Define and articulate product roadmaps with solid use cases and associated ROI.
- Detail feature requirements/specifications with clear acceptance criteria for each software release.
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams, through the design, development, testing, product release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with all teams to drive revenue growth, customer adoption and customer satisfaction goals - define and agree on goals to measure success.
- Familiarity with JIRA and AHA.
- Ability to travel 5-10% of the time as and when necessary
