DEPT® AI

This role will play a key role within DEPT®/AI DEPT®/AI has a single mission: to make the best work in the industry using AI to enhance everything we do. This role sits within our Global Data & AI practice, which has deep expertise in leveraging AI. The team includes data strategists, consultants, data scientists and analysts that work alongside DEPT® teams around the world across different services - from commerce, to full-funnel media, content engineering to internal operations. You will be solving some of the hardest and most challenging problems facing some of the best loved brands in the world - and doing this alongside an experienced team.

What you’ll bring:

  • Technical expertise and organization to the team, were you an engineer in your previous life? Do you love product? 
  • Oversee user story creation, define acceptance criteria and leading Agile ceremonies
  • Directly manage clients and our project teams, facilitating decision-making by communicating across various functional groups
  • Prepare and maintain process, implementation plans, manage project issues and ensure project tasks are completed
  • Clearly articulate and document product specifications including detailed descriptions of the product to guide developers, designers and other craft teams
  • Lead meetings and presentations with client and internal teams
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects within scope, time and budget
  • Translate business needs to actionable solutions

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience working as a Technical Project Manager, Product Manager, or equivalent combination of experience with comparable knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Experience at an agency or product company as a Technical Project or Product Manager
  • Background or experience working with product managers, product owners, design and development teams
  • Proficiency in work tracking software such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.
  • Experience in client services and delivering to external clients, must have strong executive presence 
  • Excellent documentation skills, including tailoring documentation to different audiences as appropriate
  • Experience with Agile Framework
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google productivity applications
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of software engineering concepts
  • Experience facilitating quality assurance and user acceptance testing

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
