We are seeking a Technical Product Manager for a contract-to-hire role in Littleton, CO.  This role will be onsite/ in the office Monday- Friday during normal business hours (there are no remote options). 

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead and inspire a team of talented technical product managers, enabling high performance and removing obstacles for the successful completion of their objectives.
  • Guide development of the product strategy and roadmap for the Digital Operator Platform.
  • Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams to deliver products that drive business growth.
  • Oversee Product Management efforts across products/teams from ideation through launch, and continuing through ongoing maintenance and support.
  • Deliver insightful product recommendations to business leaders and the executive team in a persuasive and thoughtful manner.
  • Implement best-in-class product management processes to increase team velocity, quality, and accountability.
  • Build consensus and effectively influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Monitor market conditions and the competitive landscape in the rapidly changing retail and logistics spaces, and identify key issues impacting our product pipeline.

 

Education: BS Degree in Engineering, or a related or technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated management experience in an Agile development environment.
  • 5+ years of combined product management, technical analysis, project management, and/or other related experience that includes prior experience launching and/or supporting telecom-related products and/or services.

Skills and qualifications:

 

  • Ability to manage teams and projects spanning multiple geographic regions (international).
  • Proven track record in the delivery of large-scale complex cross-functional projects.
  • Executive-level communication that encompasses roadmap reviews and presentations.
  • The ability to determine what processes and best practices are most conducive to productivity, transparency, and coordination.
  • Self-starter and ability to figure out a complicated environment.
  • Demonstrated cross-organizational communication across business and technical units.
  • Working knowledge of solution architecture principles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mobile and web application development.
  • Experience building and/or operating new products and services using cloud service providers such as AWS and GCP.

This contract-to-hire role will be onsite/in the office during normal business hours Monday-Friday (there are no remote options).  Upon full time/permanent hire conversion, this role will pay up to $145,000 per year and include a benefits package to include 401K match, Medical/Dental/Vision plans available, FSA/HSA, PTO, and ESPP.
