Job Description
Technical Product Manager will play a key role in driving our supply roadmap.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop processes, tooling and services to help maintain and improve the supply that Omio offers to customers. You’ll need to bring a great balance of customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen, driving excellence alongside our engineering teams. This role will report to the Tribe Product lead.
What are the specific tasks for this role?
Coordinate the integration of our suppliers inventory in our system, including analysing documentation and making sure all needs are being catered for
List, create and help develop solutions that might be needed on our product to comply with Brazilian regulation and customer expectation
Manage the roadmap of our suppliers, being the contact person between them and our product and engineering team
Define and manage the roadmap for our major suppliers, incorporating commercial, technical and other product tribe requirements
Define, analyse and monitor metrics that focus on the success of our supply offering, and own how those should improve
Help develop processes, tooling and services to maintain and improve our supply offering
Nurture a data-first culture, where roadmap prioritisation and processes are driven by KPIs
Manage the product backlog for a group of highly skilled developers
Work cross-functionally across our Commercial, Customer Support, Marketing and Engineering functions
What does a typical Technical Product Manager do at Omio?
Guide and manage product development, working with several groups of experienced engineers and designers
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of our products
Work cross-functionally across multiple Omio teams
Establish a shared vision across the company, where product development execution is linked to Omio's USP
What you bring to the table
You have at least 5+ years’ experience in product management
You have a strong analytical mindset & approach, using data and research to prioritise your roadmap and processes
You have a proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced tech company
You have strong communications skills and you are able to share product views across multiple functions
You have some back-end understanding of how we bring our inventory to our users
Experience with agile development methodology

This is a freelancer/contractor position
There's a good possibility, depending on business need and individual performance, that it becomes a full time position after a few months
