  • Partner with operations and support teams to ensure the platform meets performance, reliability, and scalability standards.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the platform and inform future product iterations.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management roles, specifically working with data platforms, enterprise software, or supply chain solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience owning the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through development, launch, and post-launch support.
  • Proven track record of launching data-driven products or platforms that deliver measurable value to customers, including data products within complex business environments.
  • Ability to manage a product roadmap and balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals, ensuring continuous product improvement and innovation.

Domain Experience in Supply Chain Management:

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes within infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries, particularly around areas like demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier management, and logistics optimization.
  • Proven ability to translate industry-specific pain points into data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making across the supply chain.
  • Experience working directly with end users and subject matter experts in supply chain roles to develop products that meet the needs of both operational and strategic users.

Customer-Centric Development using Jobs to be Done (JTBD) Framework:

  • Extensive experience applying the JTBD framework to understand customer needs at a deeper level, uncovering the true jobs customers are trying to accomplish with the product.
  • Skilled in conducting customer interviews, identifying customer pain points, and synthesizing this feedback into actionable insights for product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to create value propositions and product features that align with customer "jobs" and use these insights to prioritize the product backlog.
  • Experience facilitating workshops or design sprints with internal teams and external customers to iterate on solutions and ensure product-market fit.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience defining, designing, and delivering data platforms with expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), and data processing pipelines.
  • Understanding of modern data architecture principles such as data lakes, data warehousing, and real-time analytics, including proficiency with ETL pipelines, data modeling, and data governance frameworks.
